Education in Norway / Obrasovanie v Norvegii

Info about education in norway:

Norwegian education is without tuition, but to get a visa, a student must present documentation that he or she can afford the living costs for one year in norway, about 10000 euro, i think (in a bank account, to the university when applying and later financial documents to the embassy).

With a student visa you are allowed to work part time (20 hours) pr week.
Norwegian salary level is about 12-14 eur pr hour for typical student work.

If you are accepted to a space for a Norwegian language bachelor, you first have one year to learn norwegian, and after passing exam, 3 years for the bachelor.

The progammes are competitive, but I dont know exactly what is required. It probably varies a lot across the universities.
